Sheaf

For teams leaving Harvest

Harvest, without the 10x bill.

Simple time tracking, timesheets, reports and invoices for freelancers and small agencies. Bring every client, project and hour over from Harvest in about two minutes.

Free during beta · No card · Flat price per person after, no usage fees

Why people are moving

In 2026 Harvest moved small teams to a base fee plus charges for active projects, clients and invoices. Some agencies reported bills going up 10 to 20 times. If you liked Harvest the way it was, Sheaf works the way you’re used to, at a price that doesn’t grow with every new client.

Questions

What gets imported from Harvest?
Your people (with their rates and capacity), clients, tasks, projects (with rates and hour budgets) and every time entry with its notes and billable rate. Time Harvest already invoiced is marked as invoiced, so it never gets billed twice.
Does importing change anything in Harvest?
No. Sheaf only reads from Harvest with a personal access token you create. The token is used for the import and isn’t stored.
How long does the import take?
Usually a minute or two. A few thousand time entries take a little longer. You can run it again later to pull in anything new before you switch for good.
How much does it cost?
Sheaf is free while in beta. After beta it will be a flat price per person, with no fees per project, client or invoice. We’ll email you well before anything changes.
What doesn’t Sheaf do yet?
Expenses, estimates, mobile apps, online payments on invoices and integrations. If one of those is a dealbreaker for you, tell us and we’ll tell you honestly when it’s coming.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Every report exports to CSV with dates, people, projects, notes, hours, rates and amounts.
